Entrance Song Title: Shadows Break the Gate

Ring Entrance: The lights go out as “Shadows Break the Gate” echoes through The Temple. A crimson red eclipse swallows The Temple whole as The Crimson Eclipse emerges through smoke at the entrance way and slowly makes his way to the ring, his eyes locked on to his opponent. The Crimson Eclipse slides in under the bottom rope and goes face to face with his opponent in the middle of the ring, slowly removing his cape without breaking eye contact.

Backstory: Born into a wrestling family in the shadow of the mountain region of Chile, he learned lucha libre, and the world of luchador wrestling, from as early as he can remember. As a young boy, he remembered his father about to wrestle a match, but he did not show up to the event. Later that evening, his father’s mask was found at their home but no trace of him anywhere. His father was never heard from again. For years, the boy returned to the matches each week, hoping to see his father once again. Time went along and the father never came back.

Now a teenager, he prepares for one final show to see if his father will return. His memories of his father told him to never give up, always keep the fighting spirit alive inside, because that will always pull you through. The teen opened the door to leave his house, when a note was seen at his feet at the front door. FOLLOW THE TRAIL OF THE SUN. LOOK FOR THE ECLIPSE. THERE YOU WILL FIND YOUR ANSWERS.

Setting out on this unknown journey, the teen finds a temple in the hills outside of his hometown, something that was only a fairy tale growing up. When he approached, he was met by a man in a mask. He spoke to the boy, sharing with him everything about the Temple, the way of lucha libre, the art of luchador, and all life lessons in between. Like the training ways of monks, this temple produces only a select few that have been chosen to represent the spirit and life blood of lucha libre, and the luchador way.

Once training is complete, the young man then must travel through South America to find a place worthy of being its guardian. Along the way, many other fighting styles are learned and worked in his craft, allowing him to become the Guardian of the Sacred Ground he was chosen to become.

Old School Wrestling is that place. The Temple is The Sacred Ground, and The Crimson Eclipse is The Guardian of the Sacred Ground.
