Killing Floor

“In the depths of Arcadia sits the most terrifying place in the whole world.”

“The Killing Floor.”

“Where Zeus sends men to die.”

“Once you walk in, you don’t walk out.”

“We call the walk down to the floor the Red Mile. It’s the longest walk you’ll ever know. Once those chains hit your wrists and you get pushed ahead, you know you’re never coming back.”

“And through my time on the force, I’ve heard stories. The red mile can make even the biggest, hardest convict break down in tears as he knows his death is coming. He’s not just walking to his death, he’s walking to a slaughter.”

“The only thing you’ll see is blood stained floors, all you can hear when you walk is the sounds of agony, the screams of those before you as one by one they fall at the hands of the executioner.”

“And in a day, you can go through as many as nineteen men, all of who were sentenced to death the moment their feet hit that walkway.”

“However, while I said no one walks out, I wasn’t quite telling the truth.”

“See, at the end of the day, one man walks out of that room alive.”

“The executioner.”

“Lambs to the Slaughter isn’t that different from the Red Mile. Only difference is that instead of the Killing Floor, he sends those sentenced to slaughter towards the ring. One by one OSW’s men and women begin their final trek on that entrance ramp. One their music hits the chains tighten on their wrists. They can’t back out, they have no choice but to walk to the ring.”

“And just like the Killing Floor, those who enter aren’t meant to leave in one piece.”

“The mat will be plastered with blood and tears as brutality runs rampant. No one is safe from the terrors of what comes at the end of that ramp. Even the most fearless bastards like Mannfred, the toughest like Kpavio, will break down once they realize just what is to become of them once they step through those ropes.”

“It’s a fight to survive.”

“A futile effort to prolong your time in the ring before you meet the reaper.”

“One by one nineteen men and women will march towards the Killing Floor.”

“And one by one will they fall.”

“Because at the end of the day, only one man is going to leave that ring standing tall.”

“The executioner.”

“Me.”

“The only man in that ring bearing Zeus’ insignia.”

“The Baron has entrusted me to carry out his orders and I won’t disappoint him.. I’m going to enter the ring and I’m going to bring about the slaughter he needs to see. With every hostile down I’ll get closer and closer to victory.”

“Once the final bell rings and the last lamb is slaughtered I’ll salute Zeus and leave the Killing Floor with my head held high.”

“It’s a brutal job, but someone has to do it.”

“And I’m going to do it by the book.”
