Somewhere Else.

In a dimly lit room somewhere private, Vayikra sit around a small wooden table, waiting for their leader.

As Solomon Rhodes approaches, the tension in the room rises, even though you can’t see the faces of those sat around the table.

“We’re a family,” Rhodes says sternly. “Brothers, led in a fight to resurrect our fallen God.”

“Amen,” they all reply in unison.

“But I have concerns. Brother Renault has been keeping an eye on you, Brother Sanctus.”

Sanctus turns to face Renault, who locks eyes with him immediately.

“And he has reported back to me that you were seen communicating with your father, just one week ago,” Rhodes says, standing over Bellator from behind – looming ominously. “That was not agreed upon by the family, was it?”

Sanctus shakes his head ‘no’.

“If I’m going to fight my father to prove my loyalty to our family, why is it that my actions are being questioned?” Bellator asks angrily. “Why is it that I’m being spied upon by one of my so-called brothers?”

Renault angrily stands up.

“You didn’t have permission to speak with the enemy, Sanctus!” He roars angrily in reply.

Bellator joins him at his feet.

“The enemy is also my father!” He bellows.

ENOUGH!” Rhodes interrupts, stopping them mid-argument. “Don’t you see what this is doing to us? At Red Snow, if we help Death survive – he will resurrect Yahweh and this’ll be over. We’re so close, but if we fall apart now, we’ll never make it.”

Bellator and Renault look at one another.

“Tonight, I expect you to align and be victorious,” he demands. “I expect harmony and if I don’t get it, I’ll re-evaluate both your positions in this family.”

Rhodes storms off, leaving both men to contemplate their next move.

Can they win tonight?

The Dark Detective finds himself on yet another case tonight in the newly come Demon of Souls. Can Knightlord solve this enigma or will the killer of demons take his second victim?

The bell sounds as Kaine takes Turos by surprise, pummeling him with heavy lefts and rights before a leaping knee stuns him as he grips him by the arm before turning him inside out with the BLOODY STREAM! Tureos goes down hard as Kaine rolls to the outside, grabbing the latter portion of the match in a hefty steel chair. He rolls back inside the ring with the chair but as he rears it high to slam down onto the Demon, he quickly springs up to his feet

KICKING THE CHAIR RIGHT BACK INTO KAINE’S FACE! Kaine goes down hard as Tureos climbs up to the top rope, sizing Knightlord up for a moment before diving off with the DARK MATTER! Elbow right to the heart but Tureos doesn’t cover, instead heading outside the ring as he brings out a table from underneath the ring. He slides that inside before also grabbing a ladder as he slides that into the ring, trying to slide in after it

BUT KAINE FLIPS THE TABLE RIGHT ON TOP OF HIM! Knightlord slams the flat table right onto Tureo’s skull, stunning the Demon as this allows Kaine to set the table up and raise the ladder, looking to inflict some major damage as he pulls Tureos up, drilling him with a stiff DDT before throwing him onto the table and slowly beginning to climb up the rungs.

He gets up to the top, looking to deliver some brutal damage but Tureos has managed to get to his feet, taking Kaine’s feet out from under him as he slams chin first into the steel. The Demon of Souls rushes up the ladder, drilling Kaine with a brutal headbutt before lifting him up onto his shoulders, HELL BOUND FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER THROUGH A TABLE! That has to be it as Tureos drops down for the cover and the one…two…three!!!

The Demon of Souls picks up his first OSW victory, putting down a very game Dark Detective and sending him straight to hell.

Because one Bad Mother Fucker is stomping through the hallways! Zero shoves a bellhop to the side as he enters into an elevator, rising to the penthouse floor.

The door opens in front of Luke Storm! Fear spreads across the A-lister’s face as he makes a mad dash away from the elevator with Zero in hot pursuit! Storm flings a dining cart into Zero who knocks it aside with ease, quickly chasing Luke into his still open room and slamming the door behind himself.

“Well shit, looks like you ain’t got anywhere to go. Upside to all this? I think we can still get you a slide with the rest of the dead fuckers at the Oscars.” The Hacker explodes towards Luke and slams him face first into a nearby window! “Who the fuck is this?”

Zero snarls, looking at his phone and crushing it in his bionic hand in a fit of rage! Meanwhile, across the city sitting in a hot tub, a live feed of the hotel’s security footage on the big screen in front of him? Luke Storm. The movie star chuckles, sipping a drink as he changes the  channel.

The zealots of Yahweh take on a curious trio, as Chip Montana and SeeSaw are brought together despite their issues with the Captain of the Seven Seas himself, Israel Grimwolf!

The tension between Chip and SeeSaw is evident at the outset, as Grimwolf starts things off against Renault. The two men trade lefts and rights until Grimwolf gets the upper hand, sending Darth Jesus toward the ropes as he looks for a clothesline on the rebound…except that Renault ducks it!

AND CATCHES GRIMWOLF WITH A SWINGING NECKBREAKER! With the Captain down, Renault has a chance to wear him down on the mat with some excellent holds…until Grimwolf manages to finally get to his feet, sending Renault to the corner…where Bellator awaits with a blind tag to go after the Captain!

He ducks a clothesline attempt from Grimwolf, leaping off the opposite ropes for a cross body splash…but the Captain grabs him in midair! Grimwolf hoists Bellator up for a fallaway slam, but Bellator lands on his feet…and hits a beautiful dropkick on the Captain, sending him to the opposite corner!

Chip slaps Grimwolf’s shoulder, tagging himself in to avoid SeeSaw as he charges at Bellator…who catches Chip with a drop toe hold! Gable and Renault cut off SeeSaw before aiding with a double crucifix into Bellator’s diving foot stomp! THE END TIMES, AND THE COVER BY BELLATOR! ONE! TWO! THREE!

Renault picks it up as Gable reads the letter aloud.

“You will be saved, me hearty. Whether you like it or not.”

Gable rips up the letter, letting his anger get the better of him.

“What do we do now?!” he fumes at Renault. “He’s escaped again.”

Renault holds up the envelope.

“You’re going to want to see this,” he says. “There’s a wax seal…”

Elsewhere.

A dark, dark corner of Hell’s Kitchen, where few dare go.

Where the bars and nightclubs are just a little more sleazy in their dealings, the clientele aching for their next fix…whether it’s drugs, alcohol, or blood.

Welcome…to The Rack.

This is no place for those who do not dwell in the darkness…and yet, we see someone approaching that sticks out like a sore thumb.

Banzan.

The Mountain finds himself walking amongst the lowest of society, and he cannot help but feel some sense of sympathy for their plight…but he is not here to help them.

No, he is here for answers.

Searching for someone that can answer the question that has been nagging at him since his encounter with Kaine Knightlord the week before. After what feels like hours, he finally comes across an elderly man with a sign with just one word, the same word that seemingly dragged Banzan into this situation in the first.

GEHENNA.

As he approaches the elder, Banzan starts to feel the urge that someone–or something–is watching him, but he chooses to shake this feeling off for the pursuit of answers. He reaches into a satchel, pulling out the note he was given as he steps up to the old man with a calm, assuring tone even in his pressing question.

“Sir, what can you tell me about this Gehenna?”

The monk is taken by surprise by the chuckle that escapes the elder’s mouth in response, before he finally speaks up with a raspy, almost hushed, tone of voice.

“The end of the road, my good man. An apocalyptic event like none other, when the Third Generation rises to take back what they believe is rightfully theirs. The whole world is their buffet…vampire, human, all of it.”

Banzan looks down at the note, trying to work out exactly what Kaine was telling him before, and why he was approached to join his cause. The elder, noticing the paper in Banzan’s hand, chuckles once more.

“So you’ve been recruited, have ya?”

Banzan nods in response.

“Did you…accept?”

“No. I have no reason to be involved with such affairs.”

The elder just shakes his head at this, another chuckle escaping before he speaks once more.

“Well, you’ve done it now my boy. Vamps don’t take kindly to being rejected, and if I were a betting man I’d say this one is gonna hunt you down till you join him, willing or not.”

He stops just briefly, pointing to something out in the distance…in the shadows.

“Why, I think there’s something there now. Watch your back carefully now…and your neck, while you’re at it.”

Banzan turns around to see what the elder is talking about, but sees nothing except for darkness, literal or otherwise. He tries to ask what the old man means, but the elder has disappeared. As he looks more carefully, he eventually sees what appears to be the glint of a pair of eyes from the shadows…and recognizes the face they belong to.

“Kaine.”

As he stares into the eyes of the Shadow Bat, Banzan starts to feel something coming over him…but the trance is cut short by the sound of a voice calling to him from behind. Banzan doesn’t look away from those eyes, but we recognize that voice instantly.

The Dead.

“Let’s take a walk.”

July 15th 2019

Ring of Dreams V

‘We pan out as the dust begins to settle, black smoke bellowing into the sky as fires ravage parts of the ground.

There’s dead bodies everywhere.

Wrestlers.

Fans.

The camera looks down to see the flickering light of an Old School Wrestling logo submerged and trapped beneath some rubble.

The final shot.’

Or was it?

In the solitude of the destroyed Tap Room, a bright light pierces the night. An almost ghostly apparition of Deathnote shimmers into being, kneeling as he rummages in Sigil’s satchel, the exact same look as when he had disappeared from the Slaughterhouse seemingly moments ago.

The figure pulls his hand free of the satchel, holding an artifact from within. A sword. A familiar sword. As he looks upon the sword in his own hands, shards of the very same blade and hilt begin to glow green around the rubble.

Deathnote watches as a portal appears and a very real looking Sigil steps out of it. Sigil surveys the rubble around him and begins turning over bodies of wrestlers who were killed in the destruction of the Tap Room. This figure of Sigil has his own satchel and he places objects within it that he finds.

Sigil cannot see Deathnote and passes right through his ghostly figure in his quest, coming across the body of the Lich King, King Arthur.

And the hilt of Excalibur.

Around him, the shards of the once great sword appear themselves out of the rubble and Sigil gathers them up, pulling them together and putting them too within his satchel.

Then, with the same mystery he had appeared, he draws another portal and is gone.

In that instant, the scene fades and Deathnote finds himself back in the Slaughterhouse, in the present.

He is holding Excalibur, pulled free from Sigil’s satchel.

“You travelled through time to claim these items, but I see their secrets.”

In that moment, we begin to realise what Deathnote discovered last week with Edgar Nevermore’s pen…

That his connection with death also gives him a connection with objects stolen from the dead. When he comes into contact with the objects in Sigil’s satchel, he can view the moment they were taken.

This night, the smirk on his face returns as he turns the sword over in his hands, but it is a different smirk for a different reason.

“This will come in handy for hunting Sigil down.”

The Dead return to OSW but the man without pain faces a tough task in the Double Feature Champion Legion. Can Painkiller destroy a demon here tonight or will he impaled on the end of his rusty shovel?

The bell sounds as the Dead rushes forward, pounding down on the Impaler with everything he has but it does very little if anything to the monsterous Legion who lets the Dead go off for a few moments before grabbing him by the back of the head and throwing him into the corner. The Dead barely hits the buckles before the Impaler rushes forward but Painkiller manages to dodge the Avalanche attempt as Legion hits the steel chest first.

He turns around right into a pair of European Uppercuts that stun the man before The Dead backs off, watching Legion as he stumbles forward right into a running headbutt to the chest, DE LA MUERTE! Legion looks hurt but he’s still on his feet as Painkiller tries to hook both his arms but a vicious headbutt from Impaler stuns The Dead before he grips him around the waist, BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX TO THE FLOOR BELOW!

The Dead eats shit on the concrete floor, struggling to his feet as Impaler reaches over the ropes trying to pull him back into the rope, SHOVEL TO THE SKULL! The Dead uses Ol Rusty to nearly cave in Impalers skull, Legion finally collapsing to the mat as The Dead rolls back into the ropes, raising the shovel high as Legion stumbles to his feet before driving it into his throat. Impaler coughs and splutters from the blow, dropping to one knee as The Dead rushes to the ropes, bouncing off with THE FINAL BREATH! Brutal elbow to the throat drops Legion like a shot as The Dead covers him for the one…two…three!!!

THWACK! OUT OF NOWHERE TGK NAILS HIM WITH HIS HOVER BOARD!

TGK, showing the same anger as last week, stands over Legion with his fists balled up.

“Let’s run this back,” The Kid says, but he’s quickly interrupted.

It’s Vigour.

The Prince of Party grabs his friend, pulling him back.

“We agreed to do this a different way.” Vigour says, trying to calm his friend. “Going berserk won’t help things.”

TGK stands back, still furious but under control.

Until a whisper flows through the air.

“Do it.”

TGK steps forward automatically, ready to finish Impaler, who has his eyes closed.

Is he accepting his fate.

Vigour steps between TGK and Impaler, kneeling down to face Legion.

“I won’t let him kill you.” Vigour says, almost tenderly. “Not while you’re fighting it. The mask is what we’re after.”

TGK violently pulls Vigour back up, and the two Rainbow Party brothers go nose to nose.

“He killed Starboy” TGK roars.

“We don’t know that.” Vigour roars right back. “And even if he did, there’s a man under that mask. An innocent man.”

“I don’t care.” TGK says, his voice pleading now. “I can’t sit by and do nothing while he walks free.”

“Why?” Vigour challenges, pushing up against the Kid. “Starboy wouldn’t want you going on a rampage, would he? Don’t dishonor him by…”

TGK pushes Vigour back.

“Don’t you dare…” the Kid begins, trailing off. He looks around, only to discover they’re alone.

Impaler is gone.

Shaking his head at Vigour, the Generation Kid just walks backstage. Vigour looks like he may reach out to stop him, but then shakes his head.

The Kid has to learn how to deal with this in his own way.

Besides, he has a match up next.

As Vigour prepares to face Hollywood Luke Storm, a different Whisper flows through the back of the Slaughterhouse.

Vigour barely gets a few shots in before Storm pushes him off, Vigour rolling to his feet as he tries to attack Hollywood again but gets surprised by a kip-up Flip Kick to the jaw that staggers him back.

Vigour stumbles into the ropes as Storm rushes forward, drilling him with a hard knee to the gut before gripping him around the head and throwing him head over heels with a stiff T-Bone Suplex. Vigour slowly rises to his feet as Storm rushes forward, LIGHTING STR…NO! Vigour ducks underneath again, flipping back as he lands a hard Pele Kick to the jaw, staggering Storm back but the Tornado DDT attempt is thrown off, Vigour landing on his feet right into a KICK, WHAM, GALE FORCE STUNNER!

Vigour counters again, dropping a stumbling Storm with a stiff DDT before leaping up to the top rope, SHOOTING STAR KNE…STORM ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY! “Like I said, smell of piss and clown make up… or somethin’ like that.”

Chip Montana shoulders his tranquilizer rifle as we see him come upon a large building on the outskirts of the city. He looks up at it for a moment, squinting his eyes. “This is where tall green and fugly goes with his brother after they leave the Slaughterhouse?” The building in question? It appears to be an abandoned warehouse, though not the one that housed The Toybox. It’s clear that Chip feels something off about the whole situation, but he pushes forwards into the building nonetheless.

“SeeSaw! Gimme back the rabbit and I’ll leave ya to play with your brother,” Chip speaks quietly, walking inside of what appears to be a hallway of mirrors! He looks at himself in one, soon seeing SeeSaw appear behind him!

BANG!

SHATTER!

Chip whipped around and fired off a dart that shattered a mirror! It is only then that he sees Mr. Make-believe on all of the mirrors! And in his hands? Dave.

“Mr. Montana! That wasn’t very polite! I worked so hard to make my little hallway. You wouldn’t want to ruin all of my fun, would you?” SeeSaw mockingly pouts, petting Dave as Chip moves through the maze of mirrors, scowling all the while.

“Put my buddy down, Cunty the Clown.”

At those words  SeeSaw’s playful demeanor drops, his smile turning to a frown, his hand resting stiff upon Dave’s head. Chip sees this in the mirrors, stopping in his tracks as The Toymaker’s lip quivers and curls.

“That wasn’t very nice at all, Chip. I was going to be so kind to you, I was going to let you see Dave for a bit before I left! But no. No. No! Brother! Teach him some manners.”

CRASH!

SEEHULK SMASHES THROUGH THE ROW OF MIRRORS AND SLAMS INTO CHIP WITH THE FORCE OF A FREIGHT TRAIN!

The show host lands in a heap as SeeHULK tosses mirrors on top of him, crushing him under the weight! Once pinned, Chip can only look up as SeeSaw appears from his corner next to his brother, dangling Dave in front of his face.

“If you want to see this little critter ever again you’ll learn to be a better playmate, Chip. Do you understand?” SeeSaw scowls down at Chip, but Montana merely reaches out meekly, his body lacerated by the glass.

“Just give me back Dave…” He collapses, fighting to catch his breath. “Please.”

SeeSaw smirks, holding the rabbit close. “That’s better. Maybe next week you’ll have manners from the start, won’t you?”

The Toymaker trots away, SeeHULK looking down at Chip and pushing one last mirror on top of him for good measure before joining SeeSaw, leaving Chip to try and dig his way out.

A king and his knight shall joust tonight. Who will emerge victorious from the steel castle?

DING! DING!! DING!!!

Tag and Simon step forward from their respective corners towards one another, surrounded by four sides of steel.

Simon has an easy smile on his face and moves without hesitation.

Tag, on the other hand, is acting a bit more apprehensive than his usual loud, carefree self.

The two tie up collar and elbow and Simon quickly transitions into a side headlock—

HE’S REALLY WRENCHING IT IN!

Simon’s grin elongates and his eyes widen. His intensity seems to be on another level right now as he controls Tag in the opening moments.

Tag backs into the ropes and whips Simon across the ring, and on the rebound Tag leaps over Simon. Again off the ropes Simon rebounds as Tag leaps again, but with his back to him this time, and Simon rushes Tags’s legs in mid air, flipping Tag upside down and dropping him on the back of his head!

Simon laughs as Tag lays on the mat, grasping his cranium, and playfully kicks at Tag in a taunting manner.

“Come on, boy,” he taunts. “Get up.”

As he’s peppered with more kicks, Tag pulls himself up on the ropes only to be met with a—

CHOP!

“WOOOOoooo!” Simon shouts.

Simon whips Tag into the ropes this time and on the rebound throws a spinning backfist—

THE GAMBIT!!

DUCKED BY TAG!!

Tag sprints into the opposite ropes and races back at Simon who is caught out of position—

TAG BASEBALL SLIDES UNDERNEATH HIM BETWEEN THE LEGS—

AND TRIPS HIM FACE-FIRST INTO TVE CANVAS!!

Simon grabs his face and looks up as he gets to his knees—

HE IS SEETHING NOW!

But he hasn’t noticed that Tag has ran the ropes and is running up behind him—

LEAPFROG FAMEASSER!!

NO COMPLY!!

Tag planted Simon on his face again, and rolls him over for a cover—

ONE!

TW—

SIMON EMPHATICALLY KICKS OUT!!

Tag has built up some momentum here, and his cockiness is finally starting to come out, as he jumps up on the ropes and scales the cage, turning his back to his opponent and sings “Infected” by Bad Religion to the Slaughterhouse crowd!

Simon meanwhile has meandered to his corner and is digging for something between the apron and the ring skirt…

Tag hops down onto the canvas and turns around to—

A SLEDGEHAMMER??

SIMON JUST BLUDGEONED TAG IN THE FUCKING HEAD!!

Tag crumbles to the canvas and Simon tosses his sledgehammer to the side before mounting Tag and raining punches down onto his head! Simon shouts at tag between each punch for emphasis—

“IT’S TIME—”

PUNCH!

“SOMEONE—”

PUNCH!

“TAUGHT—”

PUNCH!

“YOU PUNKS—”

PUNCH!

“A LESSON!!”

There’s a big gash on Tag’s temple, and there’s blood tricking down Sexy Dynamite’s face. Simon’s fist tape is crimson red as well, and he picks Tag up to his feet by his pink hair with those bloody hands…

AND RUNS HIM FACE-FIRST INTO THE SIDE OF THE STEEL CAGE!!

Tag bounces off the cage and flops back onto the mat. Simon’s face is beet red now, in stark contrast to his cool, calm and collected demeanor when this match began. He leans over Tag and shouts again—

“YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF!!”

Simon steps on Tag’s head—

AND STANDS ON IT, PUTTING ALL HIS WEIGHT ON IT!!

The crowd is booing the shit out of Simon, but he just waves them off. Then Simon lifts Tag up on his shoulder and takes aim at the side of the cage. Simon sprints forward—

AND LAWNDARTS TAG’S BLOODY FACE INTO THE CAGE AGAIN!!

Tag’s body jerks around as his torso gets caught up on the ropes on its way down to the apron, landing with a thud! Now Simon is laughing again, but it’s a maniacal laugh, releasing his bottled-up anger as he steps closer to Tag.

Simon yanks Tag up by the hair again—

“I’M THE BOSS!!” Simon shouts in Tag’s face—

AND PROCEEDS TO GRATE TAG’S FACE LIKE SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE AGAINST THE CHAIN-LINK CAGE!!

SIMON GRINDS TAG’S FACE FROM SIDE TO SIDE!!

TAG’S FACE A BLOODY BY GOD MESS!!

Simon drops Tag like a bad habit and rounds back to the other side of the ring.

“You’re going to learn…” Simon says…

BEFORE HE SPRINTS AT TAG ACROSS THE RING—

“TO DO WHAT YOU’RE TOLD!!”

KNEE TREMBLER INTO THE CAGE WALL!!

CAGED CATALAN OPENING!!

Knee meets head meets steel, and Tag’s weary body plops to the canvas. Simon drags him to the center of the ring and pins his shoulders—

SIMON LIFTS TAG’S SHOULDER OFF THE MAT!!

THAT COLD, CALCULATING SON OF A BITCH!!

And there’s that laugh again! Simon shakes his finger in Tag’s face.

“I’m not finished with you yet, boy!” he scolds.

Simon picks Tag’s limp, but not-yet unconscious body up and hooks a leg—

SIMONPLEX!!

INTO THE PIN—

SIMON SAYS STAY DOWN, SEXY DYNAMITE!!

THRE—

TAG KICKS OUT??

HOW DOES HE HAVE ANYTHING LEFT IN THE TANK?!

This puts Simon in a bad mood again.

“Clearly, somebody hasn’t learned their lesson…” he says, eyes nearly bulging out of his skull!

Tag is in la la land. He is fueled by pure adrenaline at this point, but his decision making is digging him even deeper into the hole that may just be his grave when Simon finishes with him here.

Tag slowly gets to his feet, but has no idea Simon is setting up behind him—

SPINNING BACKFIST TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD!!

THE GAMBIT!!

Tag drops hard, prone into the canvas, and Simon stands over him now. He takes in the crowds boos…

“FUCK YOU SIMON!”

CLAP, CLAP, CLAP CLAP CLAP!

This only fuels his ego, and he flashes that sadistic smile again as Tag stupidly moves to all fours beneath him.

“YES,” Simon quips…

“BOW TO YOUR KING!”

Tag turns his dried blood-caked head up and asks,

“Where’s your crown?”

And just like that, Simon snaps again. He jerks Tag’s left arm into an underhook—

DOUBLE UNDERHOOK—

SIMON LEAPS—

PEDIGREE!!!

THE MASTERSTROKE!!!

Tag is absolutely flattened. He’s breathing, and somehow his eyes are still open.

Simon doesn’t cover.

He moves to the corner, and demands Tag get up!

“SIMON SAYS GET UP, PEASANT!”

Tag lifts his head up…

AND DROPS ONTO THE MAT—

HE’S OUT COLD!!!

Simon merely laughs at Tag as he sets up to kill him with fire…

BUT HERE COMES ETHER!!

SHE’S SPRINT-SKATING DOWN THE RAMP!!

Simon watches her climb up to the top of the cage and jump down beside her bestie, placing her body between him and Simon, with her arms up!

“Please, Simon! I beg you! Enough!”

Simon takes a menacing step forward—

“NO!! STOP!!”

Simon stops in his tracks as Ether covers Tag’s unconscious body with her own!

But only momentarily. Simon soldiers on—

HE LEAPS ABOVE THEM—

ETHER ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND—

AND CURBSTOMPS TAG’S HEAD FOR GOOD MEASURE!!!

THE KING ALWAYS HAS THE FINAL WORD!!!

Simon kicks Tag onto his stomach and points a finger at Ether before she can advance.

“Not. Another. Step.” Simon says, firmly. He places a foot on Tag’s chest in humiliation, raises an arm, and demands the ref to count—

ONE!

I HOPE ETHER’S TAKING NOTES!!

THREE!!!

Lesson learned, I hope. Simon unleashed his fury on his underling like a caged animal, leading to a dominant victory!

Ether quickly scoots over to Tag, checking on him whilst he’s writhing in agony on the canvas.

Simon lords over them both, looking down upon them.

“I brought you here to do my bidding,” he growls at them angrily. “And you’ve taken it upon yourselves to sleep with the enemy and betray your King. You were supposed to ensure our victory as Tag Team Champions last week and you took those belts for yourselves.”

Ether shakes her head.

“Please, Simon, stop this,” she begs. “We didn’t mean to. We didn’t do it on purpose. We acted because you were about to-”

“Enough!” He interrupts. “I don’t care why you did it. All that matters is that you did.”

Ether stops checking on Tag and turns her attention to Simon Black.

“I demand your loyalty. I demand your fealty. I demand your service and your sacrifice,” he roars. “Bow before me, woman. Bow before me or I’ll hang this traitor you call a friend.”

The Hungry Girl reluctantly turns to face Simon, kneeling before him with her head bowed as Tag continues to squirm in agony behind her.

“Good,” Simon says with a smug grin. “But you both must be punished. At Dead End, I’m making a match – it’ll be Tag versus Ether.”

“No, please,” Ether pleads. “Anything but that.”

He shakes his head with a smile.

“In an Ultra-Violence Match,” he continues smugly. “No pinfalls, no submissions and no count outs. Just violence and a knockout. And I swear to both of you on my crown and throne – if either of you leave that contest anything less than a bloodied mess, I’ll end you both.”

The King laughs to himself as Ether looks as if she’s about to cry.

Ringside.

Pitch Black.

Once again, we’re in the middle of the ring.

As smoke fills the ring and the lights return, we’re left with the vision of Death standing before us.

Week two.”

He grimaces.

“And the crown has still yet to be returned to its rightful owner. Sigil, I have given you an opportunity and you have shunned it. I warned you what would happen should you not return it; I warned you what the consequences would be. You have one week left.”

Rain raises his hands, sparks beginning to flow from them as he does. green orbs appear at his finger tips and glowing around his wrists.

The Slaughterhouse begins violently shaking.

The ceiling begins to crumble.

The ring begins to rattle.

“காலத்தின் பிணைப்புகளை உடைக்கவும்.”

We zoom in on Rain’s grinning face as the arena stops shaking and the dust stops falling.

Cut.
