People believe they can run from their past; in my line of work I’ve seen it with both Kine and Kindred. Having to rule over a domain, you see it in your peoples eyes. The guilt of the past haunting them like ghost and this holds no exception for the three of us; For me, my ghost are caused by my illegal siring, being violated causes nightmares and PTSD for me. My ghosts cause me to fight to get rid of any and all Sabbat; you can either face the ghosts of your past or they will kill you.
In OSW, I see it in many peoples eyes; it even haunts the halls of history here. People think they were bleedin’ out your pain, but honestly where you think you’re gonna run to when the man is you? You’d think the person you’re facing in the ring is deadly, well the ghost of your past are worse; you have one who ghosts of people he has tormented and well, myself to a degree; while the other’s ghost is his embrace, the changing of a human into a vampire.
Impaler, how many times have we been over this? You can try and escape me, but you truly can’t in the end. How long has it been since we first met? Ah yes, about twelve years ago, later this year. You see old friend when you embrace Legion, you embraced their ghost, for they are many. You allow Legion to feed upon you like poltergeist feeds off of bad energy. How many times have we clashed and the outcome became the same?
Too many.
You refuse to accept your past and loss after loss against me, continues to haunt you. You’re just a shell of who you truly are. I am the ghost you can’t escape!
There’s embracing your demons, but there’s also being embraced to be a Kindred.
Kaine, we both know Kindred always have ghost haunting them; I don’t mean the wraith from the Shadowlands or the ghouls who serve us. The embrace haunts you to this day, I guess we’re in the same boat. I can say as well, I haunt you just as much don’t I? The fact that I am a mystery to you and that you’re figuring me out; it haunts you.

Gentlemen, I will continue on defeating my ghost and my past that lingers. It’s up to you what you want to do with yours! Like a target I’ll haunt and hunt you till my last breath. You two can continue to fall for your own inner darkness, allow your beast and demon to overtake you and you will continue to fall. Remember the past will catch up.
