In the western world, New York City has the highest rat infestation; figures say it can be as high as 32 million still! It’s a real problem seeing how rats can carry many diseases including, rat-bite fever and infamously the Black Plague! Which mind you caused the deaths of 75 to 200 million people. Rats can be cute, good pets but sadly most of them live in gutters, live in dirt and feed on anything they can.
In OSW, there’s a certain rat who is trying to climb up from the gutter and infest everything. The Angel of Dirt isn’t an angel; he’s just a rat who strength and size is of one. If you don’t see it, you might step on them and get blood all over your shoe. The angel of dirt though is like a cult leader; he speaks of an all seeing eye. How his fellow rats report back to him like he’s the big cheese, in all honesty, they probably just fear him. That if they don’t cooperate, they won’t get any cheese. Also, he has some form of dominate called, entrancing manipulation. I bet Angel of Dirt thought he’d be able to manipulate me.
Nope!
I may have been homeless at one point, but I’m doing better in my life. But folks, cult members and cults are a lot like rats. You see cults prey upon the weak, the homeless, the needy; they promise you food, a warm bed, a sense of belonging; but guess what…
Once you’re in the cult, you’re trapped like a rat. You can try and escape but it’s hard to. Cults and rats are both dirty and prey on emotion. The Angel of Dirt isn’t a savior, he can talk about proving homeless people can do anything, that’s nice but not when you’re controlling others for your own game.
And what happens to rats?
They get exterminated.
You see being an assassin is very similar to an exterminator; they both have to eliminate a pest in someone’s life and it’s not easy the first time you have to do it. It’s not a job everyone wants but it’s a job you have to have done. I am going to rid of OSW infestation problem because it is my job; I’ll do it with fire and blood! There won’t be anything really ethical about it but we need to get rid of it before it takes hold. If it spreads, we’ll have another epidemic amongst the homeless just like we did in 2004! For me, I’m not scared to get dirty if it means finishing this job.
For us vampire, you’re prey; you’re just something we drink. There’s a lot of us and one by one your numbers will be depleted for our food. I am the predator, I am the assassin and I am the exterminator that you should fear! You can run, you can hide but I will find you.
